60-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on the purchase price of PhaloBoost. The window begins on the date your order is delivered. To request a refund, contact us within 60 days at support@phaloboostofficial.com or +1 (502) 614-2087 with your order number, and return your bottles, including empty ones, to the address we provide.

How refunds are issued

Once your return is received, we refund the product purchase price to your original payment method, typically within five to ten business days. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Conditions

• The guarantee covers purchases made directly through phaloboostofficial.com only.
• One guarantee claim applies per customer or household.
• We reserve the right to decline claims that show evidence of fraud or abuse.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. See the guarantee page for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Subscription orders

If you signed up for a recurring supply, you can pause, change, or cancel it at any time before your next billing date by contacting support. Cancelling a subscription stops future shipments; it does not by itself refund a shipment you have already received, which is handled under the 60-day guarantee above.
