Shipping and tracking

Shipping within the United States

Shipping is free on every PhaloBoost order to all 50 states. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day usually leave our Louisville, KY facility the same day, and otherwise the next business day. Typical delivery is three to six business days depending on your location.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have not seen a tracking email within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact orders@phaloboostofficial.com.

Order accuracy and damaged parcels

Every order ships from the verified 2026 production batch documented on our authenticity page. If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within seven days with a photo and we will make it right.

Returns and refunds

Not satisfied? Our 60-day money-back guarantee covers the purchase price. Email support@phaloboostofficial.com with your order number and we will share the return address and walk you through it. Full terms are on the refund policy page.

International orders

At this time PhaloBoost ships within the United States only. If that changes for the 2026 cycle, we will post it here first.
